Divas on Wheels Terms and Conditions

General Terms and Conditions:

  • Due to the reservation nature of our business, your deposit is non-refundable. However, If Divas on Wheels Parties and Entertainment Services LLC can’t make it due to unforeseen mechanical issues or extreme weather, we will return your full deposit or reschedule as per your convenience and our availability.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date and time of the party. For your convenience, Party is not booked until the deposit is received in cash or into our bank account. The remaining balance is due upon our arrival at the event, however, it is preferable if the balance is received the day before the party.  At the moment we only accept cash and bank transfers. We do not accept credit card transactions. No refunds are given due to cancellations.

  • Once the number of kids have been confirmed, we will start with the preparation. If the number of children changed, please note that there will be a charge accordingly.

  • Deposits can be transferred to another date if available, while transfers must be made no later than 15 days prior to the event date. Events that are canceled within 48 hours from the scheduled event, or where no one is present upon arrival at the address provided by the client, will be charged the full amount.  Please advise your guests to arrive on time. Party begins and ends promptly; if kids should arrive late, we cannot guarantee that full services can be performed. Encourage the kids to arrive on time. Unfortunately, due to continuous parties throughout the day, we cannot extend your party time unless you pay extra at time of booking (if possible to extend). It means that in order for us to accommodate an extra kid, we will require an extra 15 minutes which will be charged accordingly.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. However, once you lock your dates, you also lock your price.

  • Divas on Wheels Parties and Entertainment Services LLC is a small business licensed in the Emirate of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. Divas on Wheels Parties and Entertainment Services LLC offers our Divas with a unique party bus experience for kids aged 4-14. At Divas on Wheels Parties and Entertainment Services LLC, all of our products and services are child-friendly. We use all natural, non-toxic and child-friendly products.

  • Full-service beauty applications include manicure, pedicure, hairstyling, eye shadow, blush, face gems, and lip gloss. We do not file, clip, or trim nails or skin. Our team makes every attempt to protect our surfaces with slip covers and towels during the party. We make sure our equipment is fully cleaned before and after every party. Our items used on the kids are mostly disposable.

  • As we are not licensed cosmetologists, we do not use salon grade products or equipment. We offer beauty play services to kids. Our staff offers varied levels of personal and professional experiences in kids parties. All appropriate measures are taken to ensure that our kids have a fabulous time while remaining clean and safe.

  • Divas on Wheels Parties and Entertainment Services LLC are for parties and entertainment purposes only. We do not provide health and beauty consulting to the kids.

  • Please inform your invited kids to have any nail or toe nail polish removed. To ensure safety and sanitation, we do not cut nails or cuticles. 

  • All parents of the kids are asked to sign the waiver form before entering the bus. NO SERVICE WILL BE RENDERED WITHOUT THE WAIVER FORM SIGNED BY EACH PARENT, NOT by the Host Parent, however if the parents agree to the terms and conditions, it is acceptable for the Host parent to sign on behalf of the kids. If you forget you will still be charged for the kid. This is to provide ANY and ALL allergy information before your event or on the day of service. 

  •  We are not responsible for any allergic reactions as a result of our products and services.

  • All parents will be asked for an entry permit for our services to enter in their community if needed. All parents are responsible for the entry permit to ensure that we can access their community smoothly. We do not contact any communities. 

Bus services Terms and Conditions:

  • All of our party package pricing is set to compete with other party providers in the area. To ensure that we are able to compensate our staff for their services and time, we do not alter pricing for parties under the maximum number of kids allowed. In cases where there are fewer than the included number of kids present, we simply ensure that even more attention is provided to the kids in attendance. 

  • You will need to confirm your final guest count with us, three (3) days prior to the party date. This will be the number of kids coming inside the bus. Due to the limited space, the kid who has just shown up might be turned away if we are at a maximum capacity. No price corrections for no-show guests/kids according to our price published on our website www.divasonwheels.me (i.e: If you pay for eight or ten kids and only four show up, there will be no refunds or adjustments).

  • While we try to accommodate change, it is important that we clearly understand the number of children and the time it will take to provide our services. If you exceed the number of children that have been originally agreed to when deposit has been taken, we have the right to increase the costs accordingly. If there is an extra diva, there will be an extra charge of AED 250 plus 5% VAT - Hence, it might be required an additional time. This is upon availability. Please let us know in advance.

  • The remaining balance must be settled a day prior to the day of the party.

  • The maximum waiting time is 10 minutes for us to start the party. If for any reason the party does not start on time or within 10 minutes, there will be a charge of AED 300 plus 5% VAT.

  • During the event, your child or their friends may not enter or exit the bus without a parent's knowledge or consent form. 

  • We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced items.

  •  Party props, accessories, fancy dresses and clothing are used during the party only.

  • We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages that occur on the bus.

  • We understand that accidents may happen, however, the client will be held responsible for excessive damage to costumes and property.

  • There will be 3 staff members on board at all times, due to limited spacing, with our staff members and the kids, we will only allow one parent on board who will be the party host.

  • The capacity of the bus is 10 kids and one adult maximum during the sessions.

  • If you wish to book more than 10 kids for our bus services, we will have to split the kids into two groups while the treatments are happening, this is compulsory.  This is why we strongly recommend adhering to 10 kids as per original packages.

  • Space is limited so we ask parents to wait outside the bus or feel free to drop off the kids and pick up after the event or coordinate with the party host to stay. 

  • Food or drinks are not allowed inside the bus. However the party host can bring their own food and cake which will be consumed outside of our premises. 

  • When we arrive at your location, the bus is parked and stays parked until the end of the party.

  • We do not transport any person(s) while services are performed. 

  • We might need up to 15 meters flat to park. We will check your parking space to ensure we are able to provide our services at your location.  The host is responsible to obtain a NOC if required by your residential community management. We are not responsible for any inconvenience caused by your community management.

  •  We require  2 electrical outlets to plug our cables of the bus to function the lights and Air Conditioning. We can't use electrical cords or any cable extensions. We will provide a 50mt cable to reach any electrical outlet at your home.  

  •  We are not allowed to park in any RTA public spaces and building areas, we can only function in private Villas or venues where we have a previous permission to park and connect safely our bus.  

  • We currently serve all of the Emirate of Dubai.

  • All other areas are considered on a case by case basis. There will be a separate fee, depending on the distance (please contact us for any inquiries).

  • All prices are exclusive of 5% VAT, and will be added to your  invoice. 

  • Payment can be received in cash or bank transfer, we do not accept credit cards at this time.

  • Services are for *ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY*.

 

     Home Services Terms and Conditions:      

  • You will need to confirm your final guest count with us, three (3) days prior to the party date. This will be the number of kids joining the party since we need to plan your party in advance. 

  • While we try to accommodate change, it is important that we clearly understand the number of children and the time it will take to provide our services. If you exceed the number of children that have been originally agreed to when deposit has been taken, we have the right to increase the costs accordingly. If there is an extra diva, there will be an extra charge of AED 250 plus 5% VAT - Hence, it might be required an additional time. This is upon availability. Please let us know in advance.

  • For our Spa at Home Package the following MUST be returned, bunny headbands, and all spa items from the spa table except the placemats and water bottles. 

  • For our Sleepover Package the following MUST be returned, bunny headbands and all teepees and decorations, pillows, teddy bears, breakfast trays and everything placed on the breakfast trays. The kids will only keep their sleeping eye masks, party bags, cookies, paper signage artwork with the name (not the frame)  and pajamas if it is included in the package.

  • For our Sleepover and Movie Night, we require a AED 700 refundable cash deposit  from the customer in case any of the equipment is damaged overnight. If anything is damaged or lost we will take what is required from the deposit. 

  • We currently serve all of the Emirate of Dubai.

  • All prices are exclusive of 5% VAT, and will be added to your  invoice. 

  • Payment can be received in cash or bank transfer, we do not accept credit cards at this time

  • Services are for *ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY*.

  • For our Party Set Ups where our furniture is left at the customer’s home, we require a refundable cash deposit of AED 500 from the customer  in case of any of the equipment is damaged overnight. If anything is damaged or lost we will takeoff what is required to cover the cost of that items from the deposit.
